FAQ'S Answers

How do I begin service with Sign Master?
If you are new with Sign Master, go to place an order and click on “click here to register.” Fill out all the information hit the submit button. Once you have done this, you can place your order.

What are the hours of operation?
Sign Master regular office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm, excluding major holidays. Orders are accepted via fax or online until 5:00pm.After hours will considered the next day. Orders are completed Monday through Friday and Saturday for out of area orders and emergencies locally. Drivers are not scheduled to work on Sundays.

How long will it take to complete my order?
If your order is received by 5:00pm and is in our local area, it will be processed and sent out the following 5 business day. Wednesdays and Saturdays are our distance/out of area days, but we do our best to get all local jobs completed on Wednesdays as well. Keep in mind, arrangement can be made for emergency orders.

What kind of posts/riders does Sign Master provide?

Sign Master has white PVC- Posts or customized wooden post, white or colored.
Sign Master also has a variety of riders in stock. The most common riders are “ Sale pending”, “Sold”, “Triple lot” etc. We also will install and store agents' riders at no charge.

What if my listing is a lot or vacant house?
Sign Master can place posts and signs on lots and houses. We would like the agents to mark or flag the area they would like the post installed.

What do I do if the post is missing from my listed property?
Sign Master will only remove a post from a listing if we are instructed to from the agent or agent's office. Sign Master's employees are the only ones who are allowed to install and remove our posts. This is for insurance purposes as well as eliminating the possibility of the post being damaged during the removal process. A lost post will result in a fee of $39.00.

What happens if the post is vandalized or broken at the property?
Sign Master will replace the post at the agents' request. You will be charged for a damaged post according to its degree of damage. We will make every effort to salvage the post.

How long can I have the post out for?
The regular post install rate applies for the first 6 months of rental. A $20.00 rental fee is charged for each additional 6 months the post is out.
